ASR Announces the New FSA/HRA Benefits Card

ASR is pleased to announce the new ASR Health Benefits Card for FSA and HRA programs, effective November 14, 2016.  Offered through WEX Health, the industry leader in innovative payment services with a reputation for excellent customer service, our new card program is on the cutting edge of industry breakthroughs and can accommodate evolving benefit plans.

The new card will be Visa^® branded.  Participants will receive two cards in the mail‑ready to use‑in early November.  The new cards may be used for purchases on or after November 14, 2016.  There will be a seven-day blackout period from November 7 through November 13, while we transfer account balances, where cardholders will not be able to use either their old card or their new one.  Cardholders can submit manual claims for reimbursement during this period.
